In addition, Josh serves as a member of the company’s Consumer, Food and Restaurant practice. He leverages 15 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A advisory and transaction services.
Josh is responsible for project management and execution of a broad range of corporate finance engagements, including sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, recapitalizations, debt and equity financings, and strategic alternative reviews.
Prior to joining Kroll, Josh served as Vice President at Scott-Macon Securities, a New York-based investment bank. Before that, he worked for a boutique investment bank focused on the travel, foodservice, hospitality and retail sectors. He has also worked across a number of offices and service lines in PwC.
Josh holds a B.S. in finance and another one in accounting from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park. He is a FINRA-registered representative holding the FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 securities licenses. Josh is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant.
