Prior to joining Kroll, Tim was an associate director at Blackrock Expert Services, which was acquired by Kroll in 2020.
He has been appointed as an independent expert witness on construction management, project management and delay matters and has given oral evidence in the High Court in London.
Having worked for a number of market leading contractors, Tim has a wealth of experience gained across a diverse range of public and private sector markets throughout the UK. This experience includes the healthcare, commercial, residential, education, and civil engineering sectors.
Tim holds an MSc in Major Project Management from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Civil Engineering from Heriot Watt University. He has also been a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers since 2013.
