Vijay Sampath

Managing Director

Vijay Sampath is a managing director in the New York office, with over 15 years of investment banking and corporate finance advisory experience across mergers and acquisitions, private capital markets, and restructurings.

Prior to joining Kroll, Vijay was a vice president at Scott-Macon Securities, a New York-based boutique investment banking firm, providing middle-market M&A advisory services across a number of industry verticals. During his time at Scott-Macon, Vijay executed a number of transactions across the consumer, industrials and transportation / logistics sectors.

Vijay graduated from the University of Michigan (BS). He is a FINRA Registered representative, holding the FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 securities licenses.
